Take a mystical journey to ancient China in this action-packed stage adaptation of Disney’s animated film! Based on Disney’s Oscar-nominated film, Disney's Mulan JR. is a heartwarming celebration of culture, honor, and the fighting spirit. With hit songs and a story packed with action, humor, and heart, Disney's Mulan JR. brings ancient China to life with a modern sensibility.

Students are expected to attend all rehearsals and all performances for their assigned cast.

Cost: $375
Includes all rehearsals and performance weekend, show T-shirt & two complimentary tickets (one ticket for each performance; see below for additional Ticket information).

Rehearsal Dates and Times:
Saturdays, February 4th – May 20th, 2017, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 
Students should bring lunch for their break.
(No rehearsals Saturdays, April 8th, April 15th, May 27th)
There will be an additional evening rehearsal in the performance space the week of May 29th, day/time to be announced.

George Mason University’s Harris Theatre

Cast 1 will perform Saturday, June 3rd, and Sunday, June 4th at 12:30 p.m. 
Cast 2 will perform Saturday, June 3rd, and Sunday, June 4th at 4:30 p.m. 

Actors will also have the opportunity to perform for families and friends at AFYP’s Sherwood Community Center event on Sunday, May 7th! Details will be provided at the beginning of the session.

Tickets will become available in May. We highly recommend ordering in advance.
