Spring Break Camp Policies and Procedures
Please arrive between 8:40 and 9:00 a.m. to drop off your child. When you arrive, please pull into a parking spot designated for “Mason Community Arts Academy”. Our staff will be there to greet you and check your child in for the day. We will also give you a dashboard parking pass to use while in our lots to avoid ticketing.
LUNCH & SNACKS
Please send one full lunch as well as a hearty snack along with a beverage for your child to enjoy during our breaks. As we have some children with severe nut allergies, please refrain from sending food containing nuts – we appreciate your help with this.
Our daily activity schedule will be posted at check in each morning. Parents are invited to join us at the end of the day (beginning at 2:30 p.m.) to observe what our students have worked on for that particular day. This is not mandatory by any means, just a chance for them to share with you.
Pick up is at 3:00 p.m. sharp. If you have joined us for the end of the day, you can check your child out with our staff. Otherwise please park and come in to check out. Please be sure to display your dashboard parking pass.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Students should dress comfortably and be able to move. We will be doing a variety of activities each day and ask that students not wear short skirts or flip-flops. No other supplies are necessary.
