About
Hayley Dandreaux has worked with AFYP since Spring 2015 teaching for After School, Summer Camp and Showcase. Hayley has worked extensively in our Saturday Showcase programs as the stage manager, vocal director, co-director, and costume designer. Locally, she was Assistant Director for The Producers with the Little Theater of Alexandria. In her time at GMU, she directed The Fantasticks as the first student to direct a full studio musical.
As an acting coach, Hayley offers a thorough understanding of performance, especially in roles and shows for the young performer. Hayley will guide her coaching students through establishing fundamental acting skills and instincts, workshopping monologues, songs, and scenes, and audition prep. Thanks to Hayley’s musical theatre background, she also offers coaching for acting through song in musical theater numbers!
Hayley graduated with a BFA in Performance and Directing for Theatre from George Mason University.
