Our acting coaches are theater professionals who are actively work as actors, playwrights, and directors.

How long are sessions? 

Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes.

What is the cost per session?

The cost varies based on instructor.

When do sessions take place? 

Our coaches are available on weekday afternoons and weekends and will work with you to identify a time that suits your schedule.

Are sessions virtual or in person?

All coaching sessions are currently offered exclusively online using Zoom. 

I don’t have any material to work with!

Our coaches can work with you to suggest monologues and materials appropriate for your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We hope you have a wonderful experience with our Private Coaching program! However, if it does not seem like a good fit, a pro-rated refund, less a $10 processing fee, will be offered. Please send a written request for withdrawal from future coaching sessions to mary@afyp.org, including the dates attended. Please allow two weeks for processing.

AFYP’s goal is to provide actors of all ages with professional-level training in a supportive and fun environment. Through this training, we hope to help our actors develop skills that will serve them in all walks of life, on & off stage.

Our faculty is made up of working professionals in the industry – actors, directors and teaching artists who are constantly honing their skills through their creative endeavors and bringing those skills back to share with our students.
